Current Campaign

In an effort to meet a growing community need, Newton Medical Center has made a commitment to improving the birthing experience for our patients and their families by launching a revitalization and enhancement project that will enable us to modernize the Hospital’s maternity floor.

The revitalization and enhancement project is currently underway and includes:

  • Replacing and upgrading furniture in patient rooms and waiting rooms
  • Updating the waiting area to include play/entertainment area for children
  • Creating suite accommodations in large rooms
  • Upgrading sleeping accommodations for families
  • Installing flat screen televisions in patient rooms and waiting areas
  • Realigning of nurse’s station.
