Newton Medical Center's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department is dedicated to helping patients with physical, speech or occupational limitations achieve greater independence and an improved quality of life.
The Department's services include Cardiac Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy.
Using the latest diagnostic and therapeutic equipment and techniques, Newton Medical Center's exceptional staff of licensed therapists, Registered Nurses and Exercise Physiologists assist patients in the development of adaptive skills to recover from a medical illness/and or procedure. The department's rehabilitation therapists are highly skilled in their clinical field and offer a warm, personal touch.
A physician prescription is required for all services.
