Newton Medical Center
Attend an interactive discussion about the tough decisions families have to make about their loved ones' health care. This program aims to help families and health care providers address advance health care planning issues before a crisis and honor patient wishes in the absence of guidance from the patient.
3:00 – 5:00pm
General information about advance care directives will be available in the Newton Medical Center lobby. Stop in to pick up information and ask general questions.
7:00 – 8:00pm
A panel discussion and program will be held in the Newton Medical Center surgical waiting room, adjacent to the main lobby.
Panelists for the evening program include:
Nancy Reading, partner at Benz and Reading Law Firm, Newton, NJ
Father Pat Rice, Blessed Kateri Catholic Church, Sparta, NJ
Tim Brady, lead social worker, Newton Medical Center
